Commercial Kitchen - 96,000+ SF
This two-story facility in Southern California has 96,000+ square feet of food processing, offices, menu presentation, and bonded warehouse areas. To meet stringent federal TSA security guidelines, the location has to be a secure facility with areas specifically designated for item inspection. These requirements were in addition to the exacting sanitary regulations required by the State of California and County of Los Angeles for food processing facilities. The concrete second floor construction presented structural engineering challenges. Completion date is scheduled for September 2019.
