This was designed and engineering by Bosz Arch, Inc. as a 33,237 square-foot, two-building project with a shared common driveway. Both buildings are concrete tilt-up panel construction with warehouse/manufacturing and offices.
- Each building has two grade level truck doors with one dock-high truck loading door
- Concrete tilt-up wall construction with ribbed textured accent panels
- High wall panel glazing to allow for natural light in the manufacturing areas
- Building “A” - 16,514 SF - 1,395 SF 1st floor offices, 605 SF 2nd floor executive office and exterior deck
- Building “B” - 16,723 SF - 1,410 SF 1st floor offices (undeveloped 2nd floor platform for offices)
