In planning this seven acre, 11 building industrial park, Bosz Arch, Inc. facilitated the site design and placement to maximize the square footage and leasing marketability of each building. Our team worked closely to meet specific requirements for this client, including a building designed for exclusive use by the property owner with an executive suite on the second floor, custom amenities, and a large showroom. All non-warehouse areas were custom designed. Site planning challenges included building placement on the individual lots to provide for parking, traffic maneuvering, and warehouse door accessibility.
