Markets decided to build a new 62 acre distribution campus in San Bernardino, California, Bosz Arch, Inc. was proud to have worked for Clarion Construction, Inc. as the consulting cold storage architectural firm to develop construction documents for their cold storage/perishable building. Completed as part of a larger project with Oltman's Construction Company as the general contractor and HPA Architecture as the Architect of Record, this cold storage portion of the facility that Bosz Arch, Inc. provided documents for is over 600,000 square feet of refrigerated rooms consisting of 11 rooms ranging in temperatures from +55°F to -20°F.
